We will be open Martin Luther King day.

The DVD section has finally been updated!

When I changed the binders a year ago I had no idea how well they really worked. I could have just gone back to the original version but that would not have fixed the reason I went away from it in the first place. So I resolved to come up with a solution and after far longer than I would have hoped it is all in place.

Have a nice day,
George

Hope to see you on Friday!
George

Last year, which in this case I count from winter to winter rather than by the calendar, I don’t remember us closing for any snow days. This year we already have three and tomorrow will make four.

Like I said. Strange.

So, stay inside if you can, safe if you can’t and warm either way.

And there we have what I put out today.  I don’t have time to set the links for these books right now but I’ll see what I can do over the weekend.  As it is so late in the month (and we will be closed from the 24th through the 3rd I am setting these as January books.

Be sure to come in before Christmas Eve Day and get your books for the cold, cold(?), break.

Have a nice day,

~George

Well, I got a wild hair to move books around again.  We were running out of room in the Adult Fiction section so we had to move the Science Fiction.  The Christian section was also very full so the Westerns had to move.  As a result things aren’t quite where they were last week.

If you have trouble finding things just ask the staff.

Here are a few pictures to help out and show you what we’ve been up too.

Have a nice day,

~George

This won’t be the complete list (This is just the ones that aren’t checked out and are just sitting here for me to add.  It will be better in January when I have this set up already) of New books in December.  If I put out more I will add a new post.

To check if the books are available or reserve them online visit our online catalog

Have a nice day,
~George

In the spirit of always moving forward I decided to make a new website which I can hopefully do a little more with to help get information about the library out to our Patrons.  Everything the old site had is still here.  (Or will be very soon) So if you don’t see something just take a quick look around.  You can probably find it.

As I am writing this the site is still under construction but with a little luck I’ll have it tip top in short order.

If you find a problem with the site or have a question either click “comment” at the top of this post or send us an email at Milfordlibrary@gmail.com

Have a nice day,

~George Matzen
